At the cutipie.co.nz we take care of our customers and make sure that they get the best quality products. Customer satisfaction is really important to us.If any reason you want to return the products, return them within 14 days of purchase and we will give you credit note for the future purchase. No refund will be given unless the products is faulty. cutipie.co.nz reserves the right to refuse the return if any of the following conditions are not met:

1) We don’t offer Free Return Shipping 

2) Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered

3) Sale items not eligible for return

Delivery policy

Our standard delivery charge is $5.00.

We support delivery of all of our products everywhere in New Zealand. However, some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order.The anticipated delivery time will be within 4 working days
